Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time & Charges
- Standard delivery within India: 8-10 business days.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹100 per order is applied.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2000 (before discounts).
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
- If tracking is not updated within 48 hours, you can contact our support team.
Delivery Areas
- Currently we ship only within India.
- Some remote locations may have longer delivery timelines or may not be serviceable.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
- If your package arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing photos and order details.
- After verification, we will assist with replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags/labels.
- For hygiene reasons, used cosmetics and worn jewellery cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective.
Return Process
- Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm if the return is eligible and share pickup / courier instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit / wallet balance (as you choose) within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
Exchange Policy
- Colour/size exchanges are possible only if the requested variant is in stock.
- If not available, you can choose another product or opt for a refund/store credit.
